I can't click image or text in Drag and Drop. It shows nothing when I click image or text on the task. I have tried on other browsers, account or even clear my catch browser but nothing change.

Is there some easy way to fix this or do I really have to go open every single one of my material links on University Moodle, other Moodle and in Lumi cloud? This is drawing me crazy when all my teaching courses has begun and all my time goes to go correct the corrupted materials. I do not understand why was there a need to change the font and also color when the old ones were very good. Just for a font change the price of all materials being corrupted is too big…

The update has made the font minimal in my “Course presentation” in the task “Single choice set”. The students can´t read this small font. Also, why cant the “next button” be seen without scrolling down even when making the task box longer? There is no point to scroll for there is plenty of empty space Also the color changes are bad. Before the everything was easy to watch and see with the clear grey and darker blue. This is just one problem that the update has made…. I am using Crome and to edit I use Lumi cloud

I love Lumi but the data analytics is not giving me the data I need. I also struggle to get to see any interactions or user data even though we have created quite a few H5Ps. I would like to recommend improvements thereof as it can help us through scaling at our institution and if it cannot, we will have to switch to a different provider eventually as we need the analytics.

I installed Lumi Desktop app and it just has an error message that it is unable to load libraries. When I go to File and open to try to edit an existing file, I get the message “storage-file-implementations:install-library-already-installed (libraryName: H5PEditor.TableList-1.0)” I am a teacher and need Lumi to create and edit my course content. Please help. I should also point out my version. When I try to update to the 1.0.2 beta version, it says it is updating but then does not update.

Ich habe für August Lumi Pro abonniert. Die Zahlung ging raus, aber ich habe Pro nicht freigeschalten bekommen. Daraufhin habe ich mich an Paypal gewandt und habe mein Geld im Verlauf der letzten Woche zurückbekommen. Jetzt habe ich am 1.9. und heute wieder Geld abgezogen bekommen. Ich möchte dass die Abbuchungen eingestellt werden und einmalig die 10€ zurückbekommen, da ich im letzten Monat kein Lumi Pro bekommen habe. Es ist erst seit 1.9. freigeschaltet. Ich bitte um Klärung.

There is currently no way to create a deployment. It does not work from the “Share” feature button, nor does clicking “Create a New Deployment” on the deployments page work. I basically cannot create a new activity to share anywhere, which is a major problem.

When you click deploy on either of the two ways, genuinely nothing happens. The button reacts like you are pressing it with the reactive press icon but genuinely nothing happens. The console also shows nothing happening when the button is clicked. Please, I need these deployments online ASAP!

Subject: Five content types show "de" instead of their name in the "Inhalt" dropdown (German UI) Environment Lumi Desktop, macOS 15 (Darwin 25.6.0) UI language: German Editing an H5P.InteractiveBook, chapter is an H5P.Column What happens When adding or changing content inside a Column, the content type dropdown lists all 34 allowed types. Five of them show the literal string de instead of a name. By their position in the list (the order comes from H5P.Column/semantics.json) these are: PositionLibraryShould read 15 H5P.Table Tabelle (Table) 16 H5P.AdvancedText Text 18 H5P.Image Bild (Image) 23 H5P.Link Link 33 H5P.Video Video All other entries are labelled correctly, e.g. "Zeitleiste (Timeline)", "Aufklappbarer Text (Accordion)". The same wrong label also appears in the collapsed header of every content element in the editor, which shows title plus content type. A text element titled "Auflösung" is displayed as "Auflösung (de)" instead of "Auflösung (Text)". This is confusing, because it looks like a language error in the user's own content rather than in the UI. Likely cause The five affected libraries are exactly those that are not standalone content types in the H5P Hub – they only exist as building blocks inside other content types. For all other libraries the localized title appears to come from the Hub metadata. For these five there is no Hub entry, and the fallback seems to return the language code (de) instead of the library title. The German language files (language/de.json) are present in all five libraries, so the translation data itself is not missing. Expected Fall back to the library title from library.json (e.g. "Text", "Image") when no localized Hub title exists, instead of printing the language code. Impact It makes the dropdown unusable for these five types – users cannot tell which entry is Text, Image, Link, Video or Table, and all five look identical.
