Hey {name|there}! 👋

When trying to play a video in Lumi, the audio plays normally, but the video/visual content does not appear. The screen remains blank/frozen while the audio continues to play.

Wenn ich versuche, ein Video in Lumi abzuspielen, wird der Ton normal wiedergegeben, aber das Video bzw. der Bildinhalt wird nicht angezeigt. Der Bildschirm bleibt leer bzw. eingefroren, während der Ton weiterhin zu hören ist.

Das Video ist nicht zu sehen, es wird nur der Ton wiedergegeben. Der Bildschirm ist schwarz.

Όταν προσπαθώ να αναπαράγω ένα βίντεο στο Lumi, ο ήχος ακούγεται κανονικά, αλλά το βίντεο ή το οπτικό περιεχόμενο δεν εμφανίζεται. Η οθόνη παραμένει κενή ή «παγωμένη», ενώ ο ήχος συνεχίζει να ακούγεται.

Al intentar reproducir un vídeo en Lumi, el audio se reproduce con normalidad, pero no aparece el contenido visual. La pantalla permanece en blanco o congelada, mientras que el audio sigue reproduciéndose.

No se ve el vídeo, solo se oye el audio. La pantalla está en negro.

Lorsque j'essaie de lire une vidéo dans Lumi, le son est diffusé normalement, mais l'image n'apparaît pas. L'écran reste noir ou figé tandis que le son continue d'être diffusé.
