Subscription overhaul

Redesign the subscription flow and management experience end-to-end. This includes simplifying the signup and checkout process, improving plan selection and upgrades/downgrades, and giving users clearer control over billing, cancellations, and subscription status. The goal is to reduce friction during onboarding, increase transparency around billing, and make subscription management intuitive for educators and organizations using the platform.
